Orders and Processing

Processing time: 5-7 business days before shipping.
Framed products may require 1-2 weeks processing time.

Shipping

We currently ship within Thailand only.
International buyers: If you're interested in purchasing, please contact via e-mail to discuss shipping options.
Domestic shipping: 3-7 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Returns and Refunds

No returns, exchanges, or refunds. We carefully package all products to ensure safe delivery. However, once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production will have begun.

Products are for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Digital files are not included with print purchases.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
